What this policy covers
This policy covers the Cull.ai website at cull.ai (the "Site"). It does not yet cover any Cull.ai product, because no product is publicly available. A separate product privacy policy will be published before any product launches. If you are looking for our Terms of Service, they are at /terms.
Information we collect
Waitlist submissions. When you submit your email address through a waitlist form on this Site, we collect that email address and the date and time of submission. Nothing else.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use this data only to operate the Site and understand aggregate traffic. We do not combine log data with your email address.
No advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not place third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this Site. We do not use analytics services that build a profile about you across other sites.
How we use your information
Waitlist email addresses are used for one purpose: to notify you when early access to a Cull.ai product opens. We do not send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties except as required by law or with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies
This Site uses only session cookies necessary to operate it. There are no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies from third parties.
Data retention
Waitlist submissions are retained until we deliver early access to you, or until you request deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address at any time. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 10 business days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). Our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submitted the form. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, email us below. If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take our obligation to protect your data seriously.
Changes to this policy
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date. If changes affect how we use your email address, we will notify waitlist subscribers directly.
